• Acceptance of product cancellations before dispatch.
• Acceptance of product returns after purchase from the Platforms.
• Governing terms and conditions for return or cancellation of products by Users.

2.2. Users should:

• If in disagreement, do not accept the Terms of Use and refrain from using the Platforms.

3. TERMS OF CANCELLATION

3.1. Cancellation before dispatch is allowed.
3.2. Users can cancel orders before they are dispatched by 99wholesale.
3.3. Users will receive a unique tracking number for order status.
3.4. To cancel before dispatch, users can send a WhatsApp message with an order ID to +91 8422007343.
3.5. Refunds for cancellations before dispatch are initiated within 3 business days.

4. TERMS OF RETURN AND REFUND

4.1 Complaints should be raised within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

4.2 Products priced of Rs. 149/- or below are non-returnable, except for manufacturing defects.

4.3 Orders with applied coupon codes are non-returnable, except for manufacturing defects (replacement only).

4.4 Customers must ship return products to our registered address: “trendingkeypoint.blogspot.com, B-5 Old Cst Road Sunflower bldg, junction, near Geeta Vihar Hotel, Kalina, Santacruz East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400029.” Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers bear the cost of return shipping, except for defective products.

4.5 Opening video is compulsory for eligible refunds.
4.6 In the video, each product should be clearly visible.
4.7 Failure to provide an opening video may result in ineligibility for a refund.

 

5. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
